No, something to see, so if you see the article on your phone as I did you'll know it's a HOAX, so move on from the stupid death hoax.

Ha, I recently saw Big Trouble in Little China for the first time a few days ago. Kurts character does come off as annoying in that movie.

Kurts most memorable roles for me are Escape from L.A. and Overboard.

It was a great movie, can't believe I left it so long to get around to watching it. Even then, I only saw it because it was on T.V.

I have a habit of putting things off like that.

I generally like Russel, and he was fine in that movie to me, but I just
didn't care for the movie as a whole... Maybe if I'd seen it when it was
    new I'd feel differently...

My high school buddies couldn't believe I hadn't seen it, so I rented it
back during the summer. Watched it once, and that was enough for me. :-)

The Escape from X movies were nice. I have yet to watch Overboard.

I think Kurt's best role was that of Soldier (whose review is floating around here in Dovenet). The movie may be a bit cheesy and requires a non-trivial ammount of suspension of disbelief, but Kurt's performance is worth A FUCKING OSCAR.

It is incredible how much emotion can Kurt transmit without saying a word. I think the most complex sentence he utters in that movie is "I am going to kill them all, sir," yet it matters not. Kurt does his talking via his eyes and body language.

He is on par with Paul Betay's Silas, and that is saying an awesome lot.

man do you ONLY WATCH SHITTY MOVIES!!! :D

"Kurt Russell spoke only 104 words in the entire movie despite being in 85% of the scenes. During the first week of shooting he broke his left ankle, then the top of his right foot four days later, so the entire production needed to be rescheduled. The filmmakers first shot scenes involving Russell lying down, followed by scenes of Russell sitting, Russell standing but not moving, and so on."

Overboard is comedy movie with Kurt Russel and Goldie Hawn, not the best comedy of the 80s, but a good one, worth watching once.

Silas was probably the only thing that didn't suck about the The Da Vinci code.

I do not think The Da Vinci Code was that bad. It is far from a masterpiece but counts as ok entertainment. I did not get bored with it.

That said, it has a whole lot of Church bashing, so it would be understandable for some people to hate it.

It was a long time since I last saw it, but there was a point where I thought the movie was about to finish, then Tom Hanks bleeds into a sink, the blood runs down, and he has an epiphany, and the movie keeps going.
