I wouldn't mind finding some of the messages I wrote pre-2000! I think I
sounded very intelligent back then. LOL
google groups had a bunch of old stuff.
they acquired a huuuge usenet archive.
I have only been able to find a handful of messages that I wrote in the waffle newsgroup, for example. I was very chatty in there in the 90's. Maybe they *are* expiring those collections.
