    Hi y'all...
I have a Synchronet running as a game server on a VM, V3.18 something like that I think. I downloaded V3.19 to install and play with it a bit and I have a few questions.

The web side of things are there files I need to download?? When I logged on to the web server it was absolute bare bones, nothing graphical at all!!

I went to the games menu and there was only one game installed... Mine sweep... nothing else. Where are all the JAVA Script games that came with V3.18

Lastly, I downloaded the latest dev pack unzipped all the latest exec files and I started to get an error in my text.dat file

    That was it I think...

Perhaps you're still using the legacy/Runemaster web UI? Switch to ecWebv4 instead: http://wiki.synchro.net/config:webv4

No, there's nothing you need to download.

There in the xtrn/* directories still and can be setup by using the "Auto-install New External Programs" menu option from the External Programs->Operator section.

Lastly, I downloaded the latest dev pack unzipped all the latest exec files and I started to get an error in my text.dat file

Sounds like your text.dat is out of date then. That file is included in the sbbs-run nightly archives.

    Thanx Rob...

I was able to fix all my issues... question does SBBS setup allow me to setup the website with SSL certificates?

    Thanx

Sounds like your sbbsecho.ini is missing the DNSSuffix for zone 954 (likely, there isn't one). So instead, you'll need to configure that link (954:895/1) in echocfg->Linked Nodes and specify its BinkP address/hostname.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I 've had this happen when I used the wrong PASSWD while polling.

Thanks bud for the input. It turned out to be a typo with the linked node information sorted now
