Have you tried to get ALL the FTSC documents there were and still are available to the public at many FidoNet BBS frequable or from InterNet DownLoadable.

Many times when I am searching for FIDO implementation details, I
end up on Synchronet's Wiki or WWIV's "Learn2" DOC
(http://docs.wwivbbs.org/en/latest/).
Probably the best it to make an interface that is adaptable in looks.
