Why wouldn't you just use your ISPs mail server to relay?

What do I need to do to set up TCP? Will it work simply with a packet driver? I've never done TCP with DOS aside from mTCP tools.

What is the set up process?

Last time I did that was half a life ago. If you have mTCP Tools
running, then you must already be connected to the internet? It should just work.

Thats what I thought. I'll try again, see if I've missed anything.
